Dashiell, a Quanta Services company, was awarded the EPC contract by Entergy in early 2015 for the Lake Charles Transmission Project. Dashiell was supported by Irby Construction Company, another Quanta Services company, on this project. Dashiell’s main focus was engineering and Irby’s main focus was the rebuilding and constructing of power lines.
